Annette Waters Design Essentials Technician - Hair Stylist - Clearwater - Northwood Plaza

With over 11 years experience in hair and makeup design Annette has a great passion for making people beautiful.  Annette has been self employed since entering the hair industry working for several salons in the Tampa Bay Area.  In 2009 a new innovative concept to owning your own business came about with  SALON LOFTS, which allowed Annette to have her own space for servicing her clients.  She specializes in precision cutting and healthy hair as well as hair restoration and extensions. 

With her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail she enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs.  A master of her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is constantly working on her own innovative techniques always pushing the boundaries of hair.  Annette has been a hair stylist and makeup artist for music videos such as Flo Rida (Sugar) and Toni Rackard (Unconditional Love and I Can See the Light).

She regularly styles hair for fashion shows and photo shoots and enjoys doing styles for weddings and other special occasions.   Annette has also been a Platform Artist for Design Essentials for 7 years and is currently in the process of becoming a Color Artistic Educator.
