Lisy Saavedra - Hair Stylist - S. Tampa Dale Mabry

Lisy has been a professional stylist and colorist for over 25 years. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico but has lived in Tampa since 1969.  Graduating from Rofflers in 1981, she has enjoyed her craft by constantly evolving as a stylist and colorist.

She brings her vast experience and knowledge to the collaboration between herself and her guests by helping them feel good about themselves and their look. Always offering ideas and suggestions as well as educating them as to the proper tools, techniques  and products required to duplicate their new look. She enjoys working with coarse and curly hair, managing to straighten the curliest of locks, as well as working with long hair. The majority of her clients, though,  come for color. Attending as many trades shows as possible, she is always on the alert for innovative styles and products.

Specializing in color., and being one of the few stylists in the area to use Framesi, her schedule is quite demanding. She became a Framesi Master Colorist. in 2001 after using her color line of choice for over 15 years. Framesi is a very consistent and beautiful color line that actually conditions the hair as it processes. Its a line that is still produced in Milan, Italy and distributed here in the states. It is one of the few colors that does not contain PPD (a coal derivative) that is commonly found to be the leading factor in dermatitis and allergic reactions.

She is also certified in hair extensions and thermal retexturizing.  She uses Pravana, GKHair and  Coppolla Retexturizing Systems. She has taken the curliest of hair and transformed them into silky, smooth locks.
