COVID-19 Safety Protocols for clients are as follows:

1) Please wait 10-14 days after traveling from out of state or mingling in a crowd of 6 or more people before booking an appointment.

2) Masks with ear loops are required in the building and during your entire appointment. (Please bring a mask that is either disposable or one you don't care about, since it will be exposed to water, hair color, etc.)

3) Come alone to your appointment (No friends, spouses or children.)

4) If you test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days following your appointment, please notify me immediately so I may get tested and inform my clients of possible exposure.

5) Please read "Booking, Cancellations/ No-Shows and Unsatisfactory Result Policies" below for fee's associated with violation of the safety protocols numbered above.

 

COVID-19 Safety Protocols we are taking are as follows:

1) Double masking.

2) Frequent testing (every 3 weeks) and frequent hand washing. 

3) Quarantining for the CDC recommended 10-14 days post-travel and get testing before returning to work.

3) Each client receives sanitized capes, towels and tools.

4) We schedule 15 minutes between clients to properly wash hands and sanitize/disinfect all surfaces and tools.

5) No double booking. We serve only one client at a time.

 

Booking, Cancellations/ No-Shows and Unsatisfactory Result Policies:

1) We are currently not taking walk-in’s due to COVID-19, please click the "book online" button above to schedule your next hair appointment.

2) Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may subject you to a 50% fee (Ex: Color + Cut = $175, cancel fee = $87.) The fee is paid via Square invoice through your email address and is required that you pay upon receipt. If fee is not paid within 24 hours, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Architekt.

3) No-call, no-shows may be subject to 100% fee, and will require prepayment for all future bookings. The fee is paid via Square invoice through your email address and is required that you pay upon receipt. If fee is not paid within 24 hours, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Architekt. Prepayments for future bookings will be done via eGift card. Those who no-call, no-show more than once will no longer be able to book appointments at Architekt.

4) We have a 2 week guarantee for all hair services! If you are unsatisfied with your haircut or color within 2 weeks of your appointment, please notify us via text or email and we will gladly put you on the schedule for a redo!

5) We have a zero return/ reimbursement/ refund policy. See #4, we will gladly get you in for a redo appointment to adjust your cut or color. 

5) If we have to refuse your service for violating safety protocols (ex: you have traveled and haven't quarantined for the CDC recommended 10 days) will subject you to the 50% no-show fee and require prepayment of future bookings.
