24-hour Cancellation policy


   Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice.  This gives us the opportunity to adjust our schedules and accommodate those on our waiting list. We always do our best to work with you in those situations.  However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Those fees are as follows:


   •    Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)


   •    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount. Fee will be collected upon booking of the next appointment. If future appointments are already on the books, fee must be paid within seven days of the missed appointment to avoid cancellation of all future appointments.


As a courtesy, we send a text and email to confirm the appointment date and time at the time of booking and 24 hours prior to your appointment. Even in the event you are unreachable or our reminder does not reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointment if you’re unsure.


Late/Tardy Policy


Late Happens. We totally understand and try to work around it when we can. However, when you are late, it has the potential to disrupt our schedule, and the schedules of your fellow clients who arrive on time. We generally give you a 5 minute cushion, if you are beyond that we’ll give you a call or text to check on you. Keep in mind, the later you are, the greater the chance we will not be able to complete all scheduled services in order to keep your appointment in the time allotted. If you think you may be late, please call or text us. The sooner you call, the greater the chance we can adjust our schedule to keep the flow of the day going, and get your entire service completed, which is always our goal.  


Remember, these policies are in place to give all our clients the best possible service, and keep the lives of everyone on schedule. We want you to look your best and be on time for dinner, or soccer practice, or work, or to relax. We hold your appointment for you and only you. These policies give other clients on standby an opportunity to get in, and give us the opportunity to give the best service possible. We appreciate your business and adherence to these policies. Product Policy


How confusing are those hair care aisles?  Will this one dry out my hair?  This one says volumizing but will it fade my color?  Is this gluten free?  

We feel ya! That is why we have spent many hours carefully selecting the products we offer so we can help take all the guess work out of your home hair care. So much so, when we recommend a product you can almost consider it like a prescription. It is a treatment specifically chosen for your hair type, your hair's condition, and your color. Using the brands and treatments we select for you will help you keep that “just left the salon” look longer, and keep your hair looking and feeling healthy.  We do understand, however, that we may not knock it out of the park every time no matter how hard we try. In those cases, while we can not offer refunds, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another product of equal or lesser value if you are ever unhappy or unsure.  


Now, a favor. While we do our best to keep our retail prices competitive, they may not always be the lowest price you find. If you do find a lower price please let us know.  But understand that we offer these as a convenience for you. The supply we recommend should last until your next appointment, meaning you should always have plenty on hand. Also, offering these products is another way we keep the price of our services lower. Again, we always go the extra mile to  make sure you get exactly the right product for your style, and we appreciate when you, in turn, buy those products from us.
