Life happens and sometimes we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly request that you give me 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your service so that I may provide time to let other clients know of my availability. 

Failure to provide 24 hours notice before your appointment may mean that you will be charged a 50% nonrefundable deposit. A "no show" will result in a 100% nonrefundable deposit.

If you are 15 or more minutes late to an appointment please understand that we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to provide timely services to all of my clients.
