Hi, I'm Mel! I have over 7 years of experience in the nail industry. I am a passionate nail artist with a strong focus in keeping my clients nails growing healthy and strong. I specialize in acrylic enhancements and a variety of other services, such as nail art, gel, ombre, bling, etc.

In my off time, I spend time with my one year old daughter playing outside and trying new foods! I love spending time with my friends, family and dog. When I am not creating beautiful nail designs, I am working in the hospital as a PCA on a Medical-Surgical floor. 

Now, enough about me, let's have some girl time!

Hours: Thursday- Saturday 8am-6pm (appointments every 2 hours)

Deposit Policy:

A $10 deposit is required when booking, must be deposit ready otherwise I will cancel your appointment immediately.

I accept Cash App for the deposit - $TheNailMaven

When sending your deposit, please put your name, date, and time.

Deposits are non-refundable AND non-transferable.

FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE IN CASH ONLY

  • Please bring extra cash if you are not sure on how much your appointment will be.
  • I do not work over others work!
  • I do not offer soak offs.
  • If you have more than three broken nails, you will be charged at full set price.
  • MUST WEAR A MASK ( $3 mask if you don’t have one )

The service you booked for is the service you receive.

Add-ON Services:

  • Please select Add-On if you want any design, glitter, etc. If you have any questions about your add-on please text me so I can let you know your final price.

Cancellation Policies/Fees:

  • I do not offer a rescheduling option, please make sure that you can make the time you schedule for. If you fail to do so, will have to forfeit your deposit and book again by placing another deposit!
  • I ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be considered a No-Show Cancel or Same-Day Cancel and you will forfeit:
    • No-Show or Same-Day Cancel- If you do not show to your appointment there will be a $10 fee to book again.
    • Example: If your appointment is scheduled for tomorrow at 1 PM, you have up until 1PM today to cancel your appointment to avoid the $10 charge.

Tardiness Policy:

  • There is a strict 5 minute grace period. If this is your first time booking, please be sure to give yourself enough time to locate the location and any other obstacles you might run into.
  • I do offer a late fee of $10. Surpassing the grace period, I will contact you with a same-day cancel status and if I do not get a response after 30 minutes of your appointment time, you will be considered a No Show and the fees above will apply so please book accordingly!
