"I have been in the industry for 21 years and specialize in cutting, coloring, facial waxing, and keratin smoothing treatments. My career began with Aveda at a "Top 200 Salon" voted by Salon Today magazine. I have extensive training in Aveda cutting and coloring techniques. Since beginning at Salon Lofts, I have become certified in Pravana color and balayage under a program developed by renowned color specialist Guy Tang and trained by Kenra Artistic Director, Robb Dubre, in Kenra color. My backround also includes attending numerous hair shows in Vegas and catering to some of Cleveland's news anchors. My commitment to continuing education keeps me on top of current trends and being able to customize a look specifically for your needs. I look forward and thank you for being in my chair!"

**For first time color clients trying to make an appointment, please email me at nez.dechant@salonlofts.com. This will ensure, through dialogue, of proper timing and services for your appointment.

**Less than 48 hour notice from the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the booked service that must be paid prior to rebooking.

**No shows - no shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service due prior to rebooking.
