About

Ultrasound Cavitation is considered to be the most advanced and effective system for non-invasive fat reduction.  It performs outstanding, clinically proven results that are permanent. Most clients will lose 1/2 inch or more after a single treatment and results are seen immediately.

Q: What is Ultrasonic Cavitation?

During an Ultrasonic Cavitation procedure, a non-invasive machine targets a specific body area with low frequency sound waves.  This process heats and vibrates the layer of fat cells below the skin's surface.  The pressure causes the fat cells to burst and liquefy.  The fat will be removed in a natural fashion through the lymphatic and urinary systems. After the Ultrasonic Cavitation procedure is finished, a Radio Frequency device is used to heat the tissue and stimulate collagen production to reduce sagging skin and improve the skin's elasticity.

Q: Is it painful?

No. Ultrasonic Cavitation is a completely painless treatment.  During the procedure you will feel soothing warmth in the targeted area.  You will hear a light "ringing" noise in your ears due to the low frequency ultrasound.

Q: Is it safe?

Yes.  Ultrasonic Cavitation is FDA approved to be safe and effective. It is a non-surgical procedure that does not require anesthesia.  There is no downtime.  You can return to your normal activities immediately following the treatment.

Q: What part of the body can be treated?

Common areas to be treated are the abdomen, thighs, neck, flanks (love handles), buttocks, arms and back fat. However there is no real limitation regarding body area.

Q: How many treatments are needed?

Although results can be seen in with one session it may take between 3 and 12 sessions to get the results you want.  Clients will see significant results after 3-6 treatments.  For optimal results 8-12 treatments is recommended.

Q: How long do treatments take?

A typical session will take 45 minutes to an hour per body part.  More than one body part can be treated in a session.

Q: What kind of results can be expected?

Results will vary from dramatic first day losses of more than 3 inches to as little as ¼ inch.  Most clients experience a loss of ½ inch or more after a single session with increasing results after each visit.  You will continue to see a reduction in fat up to two weeks after a session.  Proper diet and increased physical activity will improve your results and help to maintain the inches lost.  Results may vary with different tissue structure, treatment area, age, metabolism, medications and hormonal changes.

Q: Does it work on Cellulite?

Yes, low frequency ultrasound (40kHz) generally works well on cellulite by focusing the cavitation effect on the superficial fat tissue.  Best results are obtained when the ultrasound is applied in conjunction with the radio frequency treatment which helps to tighten and tone the skin.

Q: What are the pre-treatment and post-treatment guidelines?

For maximum results you MUST drink LOTS of water in order to eliminate the fat cells and toxins.  Drink water the day before your treatment and a minimum of 1½ liters of water the day of and day after.  No alcohol should be consumed the day of or day after treatment.  Alcohol interferes with the lymphatic process to remove fat and metabolize it which can decrease results. Within 48 hours of treatment take a walk or engage in some sort of physical activity.

Q: Who is not a candidate for Ultrasonic Cavitation?

Women who are pregnant or nursing.  People with a contagious disease, a history of cancer, HIV, liver or kidney disease, MS or epilepsy.  Those who have a pacemaker, electrical prosthesis or any metal implants in the treatment area.  Anyone under the age of 18.
