Cancellation, booking and no show policy:  

 We screen all clients and reserves the right to refuse service. Pls visit our website at peppermintbeautylab.com for more info about cancellation policy and contraindications. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your treatment price. After booking your appointment you will have 30 minutes to make a payment by Venmo using the name “Peppermintbeautylab”. For the deposit payment we accept Venmo ONLY! If the payment for deposit is not received upon booking the booking will be cancelled without notice. The remaining amount due towards your treatment must be paid on the day of procedure. You can pay the remaining amount by Venmo or in cash as well. This also applies to touch-up procedures. Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full or appointment may not be rebooked.
