As a certified professional eyelash extension artist, I take great pride in preserving the health of your natural lashes as well as making your lashes look great. I delight in enhancing a client's natural beauty through eyelash extensions. I am meticulous and I take my time to achieve superior results.

What are eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic eyelashes. They are attached one-by-one to each individual natural eyelash -not to the skin.

What are eyelash extensions made of?

Eyelash extensions are made of synthetic, soft, and lush fibers with a high gloss finish. They come in different types of curls, lengths, thicknesses, colors, and styles.

Are eyelashes extensions safe?

Eyelash extensions are safe when applied properly and by a trained professional. The application process is pain-free and relaxing. Your eyes should be closed and protected during the entire treatment.

How long do eyelash extensions last?

It is an individual process. Lashes can stay indefinitely with proper care and maintenance. Fills are required every 2-4 weeks. Like all hair, there are 3 phases to the eyelash growth cycle. There are lashes in each phase at all times, therefore, some will be lost within a couple of weeks, and others can last much longer as part of the natural cycle. However, such factors such as eyelash growth, lifestyle, and general aftercare will affect how long the lashes will last.

Do the eyelash extensions damage my natural eyelashes?

No, not at all. The lash adhesive is formulated to create a solid bond, specifically for human lashes. The adhesive dries very soft on the lashes, allowing the lashes to stay flexible.

What is a skin sensitivity test (patch test) and is it required?**

It is a required test for determining allergic sensitivity to any of the products being used during the eyelash extension application. The test needs to be performed at least 24-48 hours prior to the application. It is a 30 minute appointment where 5 artificial lash extensions will be applied to 5 natural eyelashes on each eye. All tools and products used during this application will be documented. If eye irritaion , eye pain, eye itching, swelling, discomfort, and in rare cases eye infection occur, you are not a candidate for eyelash extensions.

**A waiver for the skin sensitivity test (patch test) for eyelash extensions and all products used is available.

****Before your appointment****

Remove all makeup and clean your lashes with mild, oil free cleanser. Do not use oil based makeup removers to clean your lashes prior to the application. Do not put on mascara. If you are a contact lens wearer, please remove your lenses and wear glasses to your appointment or bring a lens case and remove them when you arrive for your appointment. Do not curl your lashes prior to your appointment.

****During your appointment****

The initial application takes approximately 1.5-2 hours. The application takes place in a private room and the process is very relaxing. You lie down on a plush table and have your eyes closed during the entire process. Feel free to take a nap and bring earbuds to listen to your favorite music.

****Eyelash extension aftercare will be discussed fully at your appointment****

Deanna is absolutely AMAZING. I went in for microblading knowing it could improve my overall brow look but did not expect to be blown away. Not only did Deanna blow my mind, it hardly hurt at all. It feels like little scratches and I almost fell asleep. This is an exact text from one of my friends who knew I was getting them done, "How much did your eyebrows come to? THEY LOOK FLY AS HAIL." I think they look good but to receive this complement from a very critical person made my morning. I have been filling in my eyebrows for about 10 years because I always want them to look perfect. I considered microblading for about 6 months before I took the leap. I was nervous when I went in for the procedure but Deanna walked me through the whole process. She put me at ease and the end result is above what I could have expected. If you're like me and are considering microblading, contact Deanna. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
