Meet Ashliegh Powell | Founder of Curliegh Boss & Co. LLC
Welcome to Curliegh Boss & Co., where luxury hair care meets passion, purpose, and healthy-hair confidence. ✨
My journey began long before I became a licensed cosmetologist. In the third grade, I was asked to design my dream business on graph paper. I created Ashliegh’s Beauty Salon 4-in-1, a salon with a purpose: to serve and uplift single parents. What started as a classroom assignment became the blueprint for a dream I’m still bringing to life today.
Today, I’m building a luxury hair experience centered on healthy hair, personalized care, and making every guest feel confident, beautiful, and valued. From silk presses and luxurious blowouts to custom color and natural hair styling, my goal is to deliver beautiful results while creating a relaxing, elevated experience tailored to you.
My vision extends beyond the salon chair. As I continue my education in Business Management and pursue my dream of becoming a cosmetic chemist, I’m working toward developing my own hair care line—combining my love for hair, science, and entrepreneurship.
