Located in a private salon loft setting in Downtown Orlando, our practice offers a welcoming space where patients can feel heard, comfortable, and supported. Led by Dr. Elena “Ellie” Vale-Saquieres, DNP, FNP-C, a doctoral-prepared, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with additional board certification in aesthetics, our practice combines clinical experience with a thoughtful, individualized approach to care.

Our primary care services include adult annual physicals, preventive care, lab testing, and chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and asthma. We also evaluate and treat common illnesses, including sinus infections, sore throats, allergies, ear pain, mild skin rashes, and urinary tract infections. Additional services include STI testing and treatment, EKGs, rapid testing, and earwax removal.

For patients pursuing wellness and aesthetic goals, we offer medically supervised weight loss, vitamin injections, IV therapy, neurotoxin injections, facials, microneedling, and PRP microneedling. Each treatment begins with an assessment of your needs, health history, and goals.
