After completing Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC in 2018, I began practicing massage and bodywork in Charlotte. I provide custom tailored massage that blends different modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports) to achieve pain relief and at the same time a deeply relaxing experience.
On top of running my own practice I work with Carolina Panthers and multiple Wake Forest University teams (football, cross country, track and field, field hockey, basketball) and have had the privilege to work with many other athletes that have turned professional and some that became Olympic Games medalists. I've also provided massage at regional, national, and international sports events.
