Appointments

• Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience you deserve.

• If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so another guest can enjoy that time.

• Running late? Give us a quick call — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments without notice may require prepayment for future bookings.

Color Corrections & Adjustments

• Your happiness is our goal! If you’d like a small adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of your service.

• Corrections are assessed individually to ensure your hair stays healthy and beautiful.

Children & Guests

• We love little ones, but for safety and relaxation, please arrange childcare during your appointment.

• Our space is designed for comfort — guests without appointments are welcome to relax in the lobby.
