I've had my hair done by many different people in other cities including London, Boston, New York and San Fransciso and she is by far the best yet. At my first appointment, Jutta sat down with me to discuss what I was looking for in a hairstyle and how that related to my everyday life (e.g. the amount of time I was willing to spend on my hair daily, the need to pull it back when exercising, the desire for it to look professional, etc.). Her questions were insightful and gave me the impression that she believed each of her clients should receive a personalized hairstyle based on their needs and wants. From there, Jutta used my input and her expertise to come up with a hairstyle that fit my life and managed my thick hair. She took the time to explain what she wanted to do (and the reasons why) and how she planned to tailor my hairstyle over time as I got to know what worked best for me. I found Jutta to be a warm, personable, fun-loving person that made me feel relaxed throughout the appointment. Not only did I receive a great haircut (I love it!), but I had a great time too.
