Hi, I’m Kailee! The face behind Salt Strands and a Tampa-based hairstylist with a passion for creating beautiful, effortless, lived-in hair.

I specialize in luxury blonding, dimensional color, and customized looks that enhance your natural beauty while complementing your lifestyle. My goal is to create hair that not only looks beautiful when you leave my chair but continues to look and feel amazing between appointments.

I believe your salon experience should be just as special as your hair. I’ve created a space where you can relax, unwind, and feel completely comfortable being yourself. Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, I take pride in making every appointment personal, intentional, and tailored to you.

Outside of the salon, I’m a wife and mama who loves spending time with family, making memories, and enjoying life’s little moments. A few random things…I’m a big foodie and love trying new spots. I’m a bath queen! I could spend hours in a bubble bath. And because I love socializing so much, I livestream on Tiktok daily! 

For me, being a hairstylist is about so much more than hair. It’s about building genuine relationships, helping women feel confident, and creating an experience that leaves you feeling like the best version of yourself.
