Important Booking & Service Information

Please review the following policies and guidelines to ensure the best experience for your appointment.

💬 Booking Policy

• Deposit: $50 (Non-refundable, applied toward your final payment)
• Late Fee: $25 if you arrive 15 minutes or more past your appointment time
• Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $50
  (Deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or miss your appointment)

🎨 Hair Included Policy

All braid styles include standard braiding hair in natural colors:

• 1, 1B, 2, and 4

If you’d like a custom or specialty color, feel free to bring your own pre-stretched braiding hair.

Please note: Bringing your own hair does not change the service price, as pricing is based on time, skill, and overall service. However, a $10 discount is offered only if you bring your own hair for color preference reasons.
