Hi, I’m Kylie, the owner of Kylie’s Wax & Relax! I’m a 28-year-old Advanced Esthetician with over five years of experience specializing in full-body waxing.

I’m passionate about creating a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where every client feels confident and at ease. I provide services for all body shapes and sizes and believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their own skin.

I operate an LGBTQ+ friendly business and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or hate of any kind.

Outside of my career, I love playing video games, going kayaking in the summertime, playing Rummy with family, and spending time with friends.

Kylies Wax & Relax Policies:

Waxing & Massage Policies

Please arrive clean and ready for service. Hair must meet minimum growth requirements for effective waxing.
For best results, hair should be at least 2–3 weeks of growth (or approximately grain-of-rice length).
Avoid exfoliating immediately before your appointment and notify me of any skin sensitivities, medications, or recent treatments. To ensure I have enough time to provide your complete service, please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment.

Professional Conduct Policy

Kylie’s Wax & Relax maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, sexual, or suggestive behavior. Any unwanted sexual comments, advances, touching, or other inappropriate conduct toward me will result in the immediate termination of your service.
You will remain responsible for payment for all services scheduled, and you will be permanently prohibited from booking future appointments with me.

Waxing Late Policy

Because waxing services are scheduled in shorter time blocks, only a 5-minute grace period is tolerated. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, cancellation, or service charge depending on schedule availability.

Cancellations / No Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your total services scheduled and may require full payment before rebooking, unless I chose to excuse the charge.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge, unless excused by me.
After two no-shows, future bookings may be declined. Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment with at least 24-hour notice. After that, I have the right to decline future service.

Children Policy

For the comfort, safety, and quality of all services, children under 12 are not permitted in the treatment room, unless they are being serviced. Unruly children can result in immediate termination of services and full payment of scheduled services charged.
