About
I have been an esthetician/nail technician since 2001. I acquired my education in New Jersey and New York. Together with my sister Liz we opened Venus and Mars Day Spa in Westchase, Tampa Florida in 2008. I am very excited to relocate to Salon Lofts and be able to offer my services for a more personal and safe experience. I am very passionate about all the services that I provide to my clients. Your full satisfaction is my #1 goal. I specialize in skin care, waxing and nails.

Always the best care! Mayerlen is #1!! All the staff is great, but she is absolutely wonderful! She always knows what's best for her clients. She takes excellent care of my skin & both of my kids too!!!! We have been going to Venus & Mars Day Spa since they opened years ago! For quite a while I have been having trouble with swollen, red cuticles and very painful splits in the skin around two of my nails. We tried to find the cause but we were unsuccessful until 2 weeks ago. Mayerlyn had done research and thought that the Zoya brand of nail products might be worth trying because the line contains no chemicals. The results were hugely successful and almost immediate. My cuticles and skin are now clear. Needless to say, I am throwing out all my other nail products and believe me, I have them all and we will only be using Zoya. Thank you Mayerlyn and of course, Zoya!

I went in for a microdermabrasion facial and I had the most amazing experience. I allowed Mayerlyn to do whatever my face needed. My shin is baby smooth and extremely clean from the extractions as well. I’ve never had a facial in which you get a scalp massage as well as a foot massage! Normally it seems most places gives you cleanse, exfoliating, mask and décolletage massage. Not here!!! This was the ULTIMATE FACIAL AND RELAXING TIME. I’ve already made my 6 week appt. I can’t wait.
