Saisha here. I am the Owner of Seventeen & Co. First off, I am so thrilled that you are here! I pride myself on being one of Central Florida's 3x Award Winning Cake Artist. It's an accomplishment I hold so dearly to heart.

REAL LIFE Princess Tiana of 'Princess and the Frog' here. That film is literally my entire life. Ever since I was a young girl with my Easy-Bake oven, I knew that baking was something that would eventually become such a huge part of my life. It is something that I am SO wildly passionate about. I love the feeling of bringing family and friends close together over a glorious spread filled with love, core memories, textured plating, elegant cutlery and inviting tablescapes. It has just been my niche since forever!!

I would watch my Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother any time they entered a kitchen and would carefully study every pour, sprinkle, mix and knead of every dish and dessert that was prepared  for us. The time leftover was spent on school work and then hours and hours of Martha Stewart or 'too many to count or name' cooking and home decorating syndicated television shows. Known by my family and friends to be the 'Hostest with the Mostest', it wasn't long until I started adapting my childhood and family recipes from time growing up abroad in between Germany and my Southern Texas roots to create delicious, extravagant yet chic desserts. It is SO Saisha-coded...and honestly, just my girly pop dream!!! No matter if you need a simple sponge cake or an luxe multi-tiered design, I am here to do the things! 

Each of my desserts are made using the freshest ingredients possible, as I am an advocate of natural ingredients to fresh, farm self-picked foods (thank you, Germany). I also specialize in gluten free, restricted diet baked goods. I love foods that feel as good as they taste!
