Welcome to Laila’s Salon — a place where everyone is welcomed with kindness, care, and respect.

Born and raised in Jordan, I discovered my passion for beauty, fashion, and hair artistry at a young age. With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, I combine timeless techniques with modern trends to create customized looks that help every guest feel confident, refreshed, and beautiful. From dimensional highlights and modern color to precision cuts and healthy hair care, I remain passionate about continuing to grow, create, and stay inspired by today’s beauty trends.

I arrived in the United States with a heart full of dreams and continued refining my craft through fashion, photo shoots, runway styling, and high-end salon experiences in New York. In 2005, I made Cary, North Carolina my home, where I have been blessed to build lasting friendships and serve wonderful clients.

Laila’s Salon, named after my beloved daughter, was created with a simple goal: to provide beautiful hair in a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued, cared for, and confident.

My faith has deeply shaped who I am both personally and professionally. Since giving my life to Christ in 2014, I have sought to serve others with kindness, integrity, gratitude, and genuine care.
