Hi, I’m Shannon Rader—a licensed massage therapist and proud graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to practice in both Utah and Ohio, supporting clients on their wellness journeys through every stage of life.
I’ve recently shifted my focus from the traditional spa environment to a more functional, results-driven approach to massage therapy. My work centers on long-term wellness through targeted, therapeutic bodywork that addresses pain, tension, and dysfunction at the root. This transition reflects my commitment to helping clients move better, feel better, and live more fully—beyond surface-level relaxation.
While still nurturing and restorative, my sessions are grounded in purpose, education, and evidence-informed techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
