Cancellation Policy

At Shear Hustle, I value your time and mine. To keep my schedule running smoothly and fair for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:

• Credit Card on File
  A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. This applies to all clients, both new and returning.
• Cancellation Window
  Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows
  Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $15 flat cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
• Policy Updates
  This policy applies to all appointments booked after the date changes are made.
