As a teenager walking the vibrant streets of my hometown, I was already enrolled in cosmetology courses in high school, drawn to the magic of transformation and the art of helping people feel their absolute best.

Then Hurricane Katrina changed everything.

When the storm forced my family to evacuate to Atlanta, Georgia, I thought I was losing my future along with my home. But sometimes life has a way of redirecting us toward our true destiny. In Georgia, I didn’t just rebuild—I evolved.

While completing my aesthetics education, I realized that my passion for beauty ran deeper than I’d ever imagined. It wasn’t just about the technical skills or the latest treatments—it was about the moment when someone looks in the mirror and sees their own radiance reflected back at them. That spark of confidence, that genuine smile, that feeling of being authentically beautiful—that’s what drives me every single day.
