Please Note: The online booking system is currently set in 50-minute increments, which means only 50-minute appointments will appear as available. However, longer sessions of 80 or 110 minutes are always available by request. To book a longer session, simply reserve a 50-minute appointment through the system and let me know your desired session length. I’ll adjust your appointment time accordingly to ensure you receive the full experience.

Guests are welcomed with a curated selection of complimentary refreshments, featuring Aqua Panna still water, San Pellegrino sparkling varieties, Italian sodas, seasonal juices, and an assortment of gourmet treats. Each visit includes a signature DeBrand artisan truffle, accompanied by thoughtfully chosen accompaniments such as chocolate-dipped fruit, savory cocktail nuts, and biscotti. These refined touches add an extra layer of indulgence to your restorative spa experience.

Unlike chain spas where appointments can feel rushed, each session here is scheduled with generous time in between. This ensures a truly unhurried experience— so you can fully relax, knowing your care and comfort are never compromised. While the booking system is set for 50-minute sessions with an hour buffer between appointments to ensure your experience is never rushed, extended sessions of 80 or 110 minutes are always available upon request— simply let me know at the time of booking, or even when you arrive for your appointment. This structure is designed with intention, so every visit allows space to fully relax without feeling hurried. Every session is crafted to bring immediate relief while supporting your long-term well-being.  

I’m Carmello Arredondo, a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to creating an unparalleled, restorative experience for every client. I graduated from Indiana Wellness College, with a diploma in Medical & Sports Massage, and have honed my skills working in one of the top spas in the United States, with a strong focus on deep relaxation and stress relief. In addition to advanced massage training, I maintain current CPR certification, underscoring my commitment to client safety and well-being. At Synergy Spa & Wellness, every massage includes unlimited enhancements at no additional cost. While most spas charge per upgrade— quickly driving up the price— my clients enjoy the freedom to select as many enhancements as they wish for a single flat fee. Complimentary hot towel compressions are always included with every session and may be infused with the essential oil of your choice—or enjoyed without—depending on your preference.

Note on 50-Minute Sessions  
While all enhancements are available for any massage length, please note that a 50-minute session may limit the time available for a complete full-body treatment if multiple upgrades are selected. With multiple enhancements in a 50-minute session, the focus naturally shifts more toward your chosen upgrades and less on full-body massage. For example, combining an essential oil scalp massage, Himalayan stones, and the hand and foot ritual within that timeframe means less massage time and more focus on the upgrades— which comes down to personal preference. If your priority is more hands-on massage, certain enhancements allow for this balance more easily, while others require dedicated time to fully perform the upgrade. In these cases, I will work with you to prioritize your preferred areas of focus, ensuring your experience remains both luxurious and effective without feeling rushed. With longer sessions, there’s ample time to enjoy all enhancements without reducing your full-body coverage. 50-minute massage sessions remains the perfect option for busy, on-the-go professionals and individuals seeking a focused, restorative session that fits seamlessly into their schedule.

For guests who wish to make Synergy Spa & Wellness part of their regular self-care routine, I offer thoughtfully curated series packages. Available in sets of 3,5, or 10 at the same session length, these packages provide both value and consistency while ensuring your commitment to ongoing wellness. Packages may be enjoyed personally, or shared with family and friends. Single-session gift cards are also available, making it easy to give the gift of relaxation and renewal for any occasion. 

Arrival Time & Intake Form

Intake forms will be emailed in advance for your convenience and can be completed prior to your appointment. If you forget to fill them out beforehand, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to allow time to complete your intake form. This form must be filled out before your session begins, and arriving early ensures you receive your full massage time without interruptions. Printed Intake forms will always be available in the spa waiting area for you to fill out while you wait for your appointment. Complimentary beverages are available for your comfort in the spa waiting lounge upon arrival.

My spa suite is located within the dedicated spa area of Salon Lofts, with its own private entrance that opens into a serene spa waiting lounge. This design keeps the space entirely separate from the busier salon environment, allowing it to remain quiet, secluded, and intentionally calming. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed into a tranquil retreat that sets the tone for your session before it even begins.

Alongside my suite, you’ll find an esthetician providing luxurious facials and a specialist offering advanced laser hair removal treatments. Sanitation & Cleanliness

Your health, safety, and comfort are always my top priority. My treatment room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between clients, with fresh linens and carefully disinfected surfaces prepared for every session. This ensures that every massage takes place in a space that is not only relaxing and luxurious, but also immaculately maintained for your peace of mind. 

Booking & Communication

To ensure every guest enjoys an uninterrupted and tranquil experience, I do not answer calls while in session. The quickest way to reach me is by text, as I can respond between appointments. Clients may also book directly through my online booking system, accessible via my website.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your schedule and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. This ensures that the time reserved for you is honored and allows me to provide the highest level of care to all clients. 

Right to Refuse Service 

Your comfort, safety, and well-being are my top priorities. For this reason, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in circumstances where a client’s behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful. Services may also be declined if recent medical procedures or health conditions make massage inadvisable. In such cases, the full session fee will still apply. 

I am committed to maintaining an environment of respect and care, and do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, identity, religion, or orientation.

Massage Services for Minors

For the comfort and safety of all clients, massage sessions are available for minors ages 15 and older. A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire duration of the session, and written consent may be required prior to the appointment.
