I’m Gen—your friendly neighborhood folicular-scaper. Like landscaping for your noggin, get it? ;) 

I want you to see your best self so you can go out into the world feeling like your best self.

That’s the whole thing.

I cut hair that works in real life —
in the wind, under a hat, after a long shift, three weeks later.
Low maintenance for you, with all the style and creativity you want out of it. Flair shouldn't cost you your whole morning.

What I Do

• Baseball mullets. Hockey Mullets. B-Casual Mullets. Lady Mullets. 80’s Action Hero Mullets. All mullets. This is what I'm famous for. (Or infamous, depending on how you feel about mullets! ;)

• Grow-outs — Skip the awkward phase. Your growth journey just needs a strategy. The difference between a mop and a style is purpose!

• Fades and flows — clean structure, natural movement.

Experience

Before I picked up a pair of clippers, I was studying faces through various fine art mediums. In a past life, I was a portrait artist. Balance, proportion, and noticing small details are instinctual to me. 

I initially learned safety and sanitation in the body mod community, and am conditioned to clean and disinfect on another level. I also have an eye so finely tuned, I can tell you the gauge of an earring just by looking at it.

I’ve worked across a range of hair textures and lengths, and I don’t approach any head the same way twice.

End goal?
You walk out looking like yourself — just sharper. Zestier. With pizazz. 

This is an LGBTQIA+ allied studio, and my shop is a safe place for all peoples from all walks of life. All are welcome—just bring your kindness and your best sense of humor!
