Greetings! I’m Ms. Tiwana — owner of A Divine Design Hair Studio with 23+ years of experience in healthy natural hair care. I specialize in precision cuts, color, sew-ins, and healing treatments. Every service is rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose. I believe in styling with grace and designing with intention — inside and out.
A Divine Design Hair Studio Policies

Cancellations:
You may cancel or modify your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are considered late and may be charged up to 100% of the service total.
No-shows will be charged the full price of scheduled services.
Same-Day Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule on the same day of your appointment will incur a $15 rescheduling.
Extended Appointment Bookings:
(For services lasting 2.5 hours or more)
To honor the value of your time and mine:
• A 50% non-refundable retainer may be required at the time of booking.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the retainer.
• Chronic rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings.
Appointments booked within 24 hours are also subject to the cancellation policy.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
