I am a Master Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician with over 19 years of experience. I specialize in holistic massage and facial treatments that nurture, balance, and support the body as a whole. I use natural products and combine aromatherapy, heat and cold therapy, acupressure, trigger point therapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, Indian head massage, cupping, crystals, gua sha, jade rollers, Reiki, and energy work to improve both physical health and mental well-being.
