I do NOT do cool tone blonde hair color or highlights. I prefer to specialize in warm natural ones. This allows the integrity n elasticity to stay stronger in the hair, plus I feel the warmer tones complements much better with skin tone and eye color.  All makeup n formal hair designs requires at least 24 hours pre booking before your big event. ** ATTENTION”….. To All NEW clients…… After you make an appointment with me, expect a phone call afterwards to confirm it, I want to speak with you personally. That’s imperative. If I do not reach you within a few attempts by phone, I will cancel your online appointment.  If you took the time to book it, make the time to confirm it. This is how I prefer to run my business. When I call you the first time, if the number you booked your online appointment with is not working / disconnected or ur mailbox is full that’s a guaranteed cancel.  I can’t help you with the service. If you happen to be “Ms Bossy Pants” or you hired yourself as the CEO of the complaint department “ this is the client that is NEVER satisfied with any stylist efforts n hard work”, it’s their job to be negative n complain, complain…. Acting like ur a licensed beauty pro. Please do not book with me. We will NOT be a good fit!  Plus u-tube doesn’t certify you as a beauty professional to my knowledge. On a much lighter note, on a rare occasion, I get the pleasure of doing hair or makeup for a fellow stylist, the same rule applies, it’s my chair.  During ur consultation is where we make a beauty plan afterwords, I make all the decisions. So sit pretty and allow me to work my magic.  Here’s a scenario…. You never visit a health professional “Physician” and advise them how to treat your issues, example: what lab/blood test to run, prescriptions to write, how to diagnose you, right? Same rule applies for a beauty professional! In order for me to create an envisage service it must include teamwork. About bringing a photo or 2 for a service - It’s best to select a realistic photo of u or someone with ur hair type, please keep in mind it’s a sample/vision of what u would like to achieve. Sample photos or ideas are always welcoming. However, I’m not that artist and you might not be the person in the pic. We work with what your starting canvas is.  I’m the coach, your the player “together we can be a possible winning team!”  If you are the type that just wants the booked service and could care less about education on how to recreate ur new look, that’s alright too. Hair is a BIG FASHION statement, it’s one of the first things others notice about you.  When our hair looks good we feel great, even stand a little taller and feel more empowered!   Everyone deserves to look and feel their most Beautiful.
