I have been a Board Certified (NCBTMB) / Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006.   Modalities include Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Structural Energetic, Himalayan Salt Stone, Hot Stone, Bamboo, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Deep Breathing.   Each session is built around the needs of the client.   My passion is helping clients with their wellness through holistic massage.   Offering healing for both the mind and the soul.

COVID-19 SAFETY & ILLNESS POLICY

Due to the new COVID-19 safety standards,  the massage industry has adapted its practices to create the safest environment possible for our clients.    The health and safety of our clients is our top priority.    If you are currently or recently had any respiratory, flu or cold symptoms including fever, chills, congestion, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath, you are require to reschedule your appointment.

 

SCHEDULING

Services are scheduled by appointment only.  To ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with us in advance as soon as possible.  All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

We accept appointments for children under the age of 16 if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian during the service and have a parent or guardian signed waiver.   Children ages 16-18  are required to have a parent or guardian signed waiver and are not required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the service unless requested by the therapist.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc).  But a 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.

 

If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to COVID-19 related symptoms or illnesses. 

 

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks & credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express).

ARRIVING LATE

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time.  Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE SALON LOFTS FOR YOUR SCHEDULED MASSAGE

Prior to arriving for your appointment, you must complete a brief COVID-19 screening questionnaire and consent form. A link to these forms will be emailed or texted to you and can be completed on your computer or mobile device.      

When you arrive, 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we will be at the front lobby entrance, escorting you into the massage room.     To comply with social distancing and other safety guideline, a mask must worn at all times while in our facility.    Wash your hands or use provided hand sanitizer before and after your massage.   

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROTECT YOU

Therapists are required to wear a mask while in treatment room.   Scheduling additional time between each client to thoroughly sanitize and deep clean treatment rooms and massage equipment with approved EPA-registered disinfectants. Minimize social contact in common areas of Salon Lofts and maintain social distancing.  Disinfecting high-touch surfaces, common areas regularly throughout the day.   Implementing digital intake forms to limit contact and create a smoother check-in process.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

LET's COMMUNICATE

Be sure to speak up.  Your massage session can be modified to your preference: pressure (too light or too deep), lighting in the room, style of music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be purchased for any value amount and are redeemable for massage services only, no cash value. Gift cards expire one year from date of purchase.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized card, use or damaged cards.
