Due to the new COVID-19 safety standards,  the massage industry has adapted CDC guidelines (clean, sanitize, disinfect) to create the safest environment possible for our clients.    The health and safety of our clients is our top priority.     If you are currently or recently had any respiratory, flu or cold symptoms including fever, chills, congestion, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath, you are require to reschedule your appointment.



We are independent and are fully vaccinated.  Mask are worn while in treatment room during each session.    Additional time are scheduled between each client to thoroughly clean, sanitize, disinfect treatment room and massage equipment with approved EPA-registered disinfectants. Social contact are minimize in common areas of Salon Lofts and maintain social distancing.   Common areas are disinfected regularly throughout the day.   


Be sure to speak up.  Your massage session can be modified to your preference: pressure (too light or too deep), lighting in the room, style of music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence.


Please inform us at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.


Services are scheduled by appointment only.  To ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with us in advance as soon as possible.  All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.  Or you can text (813)508-8928 if there are questions on your scheduling.



We accept appointments for children under the age of 16 if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian during the service and have a parent or guardian signed waiver.   Children ages 16-18  are required to have a parent or guardian signed waiver and are not required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the service unless requested by the therapist.


We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc).  But a 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment.


If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well or have any COVID-19 related symptoms, please contact us (813)508-8928 as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to COVID-19 related symptoms or illnesses. 



Full payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle & credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express).


Gift certificates may be purchased for any value amount and are redeemable for massage services only, no cash value.  Unused value remains on certificate and cannot be redeemed for cash.  Expires one year from date of purchase.

If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.


Prior to arriving for your appointment, you must complete a brief COVID-19 screening questionnaire and consent form.  These form will be emailed or texted to you and can be completed on your computer or mobile device.


When you arrive, 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we will be at the front lobby entrance, escorting you into the massage room.     To comply with social distancing and other safety guideline, a mask must worn at all times while in our facility.    Wash your hands or use provided hand sanitizer before and after your massage.
