If you cannot find an appointment/reservation time that works with your schedule, text or call the salon at 678.460.7653; I can often make arrangements to accommodate special times. 

HairBeat Salon is located at 77 12th Street (inside Salon Lofts) on the retail level of the 12th & Midtown apartments... right in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta. 

As a hairstylist, I am dedicated to giving my clients the best customer experience by providing a friendly relaxing atmosphere and performing services with quality products.  Since becoming a licensed stylist, I have had the opportunity to continue my education with trusted companies such as, PravanaPaul Mitchell and Keune.  

While the goal of every hair stylist is to make you look and feel your best, my main focus is healthy hair care and hair growth.  

I am skilled in all of the latest custom coloring trends and techniques including Ombre', Color MeltingSomebre', Balayage and Babylights.

Terms and Conditions

HairBeat Salon maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects HairBeat's policies, stylist, clients and/facilities.

*All prices, services policies are subject to change without notice. 

Reservations

When scheduling, all new and existing clients will be required to leave a deposit of $35 or 50% of the scheduled service fee to confirm their appointment. This deposit is non refundable but will be applied to the final sale.

Appointments can be made by calling the salon direct or booking online. Please note, if you book online your reservation is not valid until you receive a confirmation call or text from HairBeat Salon. 

To ensure the best service experience, ALL clients (new and existing) should arrive at least 15 mins prior to their reserved appointment time. 

However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your actual appointment time without contacting us, and we can not reach you, your appointment will be considered a no show.

If this happens, a courtesy call will be placed to inform you that the appointment is now considered a “NO SHOW” and fees will be applied.

No Call/ No Show Policy

Because my goal is to have you in my chair, I will try my best to reach out to you concerning your appointment, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment. 

Clients who fail to show for an appointment will be considered a no show and charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Repeat offenders may be asked to pre-pay for future services. 

48 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

I understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment.

To respect everyone’s time, I simply ask that I am notified of the need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your reserved time. This will allow ample time to attempt to fill the now vacant time block.

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice prior to will result in a charge totaling 50% -100% of the schedule service fee. 

We do understand that emergencies come up therefore, we will waive 1 (one) cancellation/reschedule. 

In order to avoid any fees, be sure to respect and honor your appointment time.  

Confirmation Notifications

Your appointments are reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your scheduled appointment time at least one (1) business day prior to the appointment. Additionally, our scheduling system will also send out an email or text (SMS) reminder. If we are unable to contact you personally or thru our system, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and potential cancellation fees.

Walk-ins

We welcome walk-in guests! However, if availability is limited, you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment.

Forms of Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept VISA, AMEX, Master Card, HairBeat Salon gift cards/certificates and or course… cash. 

Sorry, we do not accept Discover or personal checks.

Gift Cards/Gift Certificates

HairBeat gift cards and HairBeat gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. HairBeat gift cards and gift certificates are nonrefundable, but they are transferable.

Salon Offers

Our salon offers are not stackable. They are not to be combined with any other salon offer unless stated on the certificate. 

Gratuities

Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is 15-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!

Retail Returns

Retail products may be exchanged unused in its original packaging within 7 days with an original receipt. We do not offer or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
