About
Hi there,
I am a third generation stylist & owner, originally from New York with 30+ years in the Beauty Industry. After owning and running a few salons in the last 23 yrs I’m happy to finally simplify and land at SL!
I have a background in design/painting and the fine arts
which I believe,
gives me a deep understanding of the art and design of hair, and how a specific look works w your unique personality, lifestyle and physique at any stage of life.
I joined the educational team of Virtue Labs and also Sensus Hair Colour in 2017 to share knowledge w stylists throughout the country. And was happy to complete Lifestyle Coach training thru RCA in 2018.
I have advanced training from the Sassoon Academy London, as well as advanced education from multiple companies over 30+yrs including most recently a week of “Train The Trainer” at Sensus Hair Colour Academy, Tuscany Italy.
I am happiest with a haircutting razor, colour or paint brush in my hand!
I believe my ability to listen carefully and ask great questions makes for a thorough consult, a beautiful color, and curated cut that is easy to replicate at home!
Mostly I love making people feel great, look great and walk w their head a little higher.
I recently published my first book The Mindful Beauty Makers Little Book Of Wisdom is available on Amazon.com.
