To my valued clients:

     Hello there my second family. I thank you for your support and positive thoughts during this time. I appreciate all of you checking in on my family and me. Though a date is not yet set, I do want to inform you on some new changes and guidelines set in place. Until told otherwise this will be our temporary "new normal".

1. In using common sense, if you are ill or have a fever please kindly reschedule your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate. We all want to stay healthy.

2. It is now a 1 client at a time basis. All other family members will have to remain in the car. Our waiting area is temporarily closed.

3. The "new" waiting area will be your vehicle. Please text me when you arrive and I will text or call to let you know I am sanitized and ready.

4. Masks (or face coverings) will be required for all clients and stylists at all times, no exceptions. Over the ear masks are best (no full head masks, please). I maybe required to wear a face shield also. I do understand that if you are receiving a color service a mask can run the risk of being damaged. I will provide disposable masks (will have access to limited availability). The masks provided will be an added charge to the service total. We all need to be safe.

5. Please understand that I am only one person. When the time comes to open, I will be committed and focused on trying to answer your calls,texts, and questions about appointments,days,times,etc. I will do my best to answer you in a timely manner. Please be patient with me, this is new for me also.

6. Please bring your own beverages. At this time we are not permitted to offer food and drinks.

7. I will do my best to leave all existing appointments in place, in addition to adding in clients in the order in which they were cancelled. Some of the times and days will have to vary due to new regulations. I will do my best to keep them within the same time frame if possible. I apologize for the inconvenience. These are things that must be in place in order for me to operate, while being as fair as I can to everyone.
