Any adjustments being made to the hair will need to be scheduled within 1 week of the service performed. Anything outside the 1 week window will be full price. If the service is performed by another professional before coming to me, that 1 week window is now closed and I will no longer be able to adjust the service and no refunds will be made. 

Attention: CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hours notice IS required for any cancellation. 50% of the service will be charged if under the required 48 hour period. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, 80% of the service will be charged
