Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: A 24 Hr Cancellation/Reschedule Notice is Required for all Botox/Xeomin Appointments and a 48 Hr Cancellation/Reschedule Notice is Required for Filler Appointments or a Cancellation Fee Applies. If an Appointment is Rescheduled more than Twice Online, a Cancellation Fee Will Also Apply. There is a 25 Unit Minimum for Botox/Xeomin.
