Hello! I am returning to the Northlake/Tucker area and am excited to begin servicing this community. My name is Brandy Andrews, I am from Atlanta, GA, and have been a licensed Cosmetologist for more than 10 yrs. My specialty is color and cutting, which has been cultivated by my years on Team Hollywood as a Platform Stylist and Educator. I also enjoy putting my styling skills to use with the many Photoshoots, Campaign shoots, Published Magazines, and Videos I have had the pleasure to work on.
As much as I love the work outside of the salon my happy place is in the salon servicing clients. It is my goal to give each and every client that sits in my chair an experience every time. With a focus on hair that is stylish, edgy, and healthy all at the same time. In addition to color, I offer services including, Natural Hair Styling, Extension Services, and Relaxed hair styling.

Policies and Procedures
Booking Policies
Due to the high demand for services, all scheduled appointments are required to be held with a Credit Card.
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our Cancellation and Salon Policies. Please make sure that you have read and understand our Cancellation and Salon policies prior to booking your appointment.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you give a 24 hour notice for all changes and cancellations. This 24 hour cancellation and late policy applies to all clients, returning and new. If notified less than 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of service total will be charged to card or will be due before you book your next appointment.
After 3 consecutive rescheduled appointments and/or cancellations, you will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit due at time of booking an appointment.
If you "No Show" your scheduled appointment, 100% of service total will be charged and you may not be able to book again in the future.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 related instances are not exempt from the terms of our cancellation policy.
Late Fee Policy
A $15 late fee will apply to all clients who show up 15 minutes after scheduled time. If more than 15 minutes you may be asked to lessen services or reschedule. If rescheduled late fee will be applied to next appointment.
No Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you let us know within 48 hours following your appointment. We will then determine the next form of action in meeting your needs.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Please COMPLETELY take down braids, extensions, twist, or loc styling and detangle before your appointment, unless you have booked a take down. Curls in a ponytail, buns, braids, twist, matted and tangled may result in an additional $25 Detangling Fee.
If your stylist has to remove or take down a style without booking the service, there will be an additional charge. It may also result in the need to reschedule your appointment. Please arrive on time.

Preparing for Your Consultation
Please arrive at your consultation with your hair in its natural state. If you have hair loss or damage, we must be able to see this to provide an accurate treatment plan.
Consultations are $35 and by appointment only. This is a conversation with your stylist to determine your hair care needs, desired results, length of time for service, and pricing.
COVID-19 Prevention Plan: What We Are Doing to Keep You Safe
We do not require a face mask to be worn during service. Please feel free to do so if you wish. If you feel better with me wearing a mask, do not hesitate to ask. I want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible!
Only the person receiving services is allowed. Parents must wait in the hall.
We are disinfecting our chairs, hand mirrors, and tools after every client before and after every service.
We are opening the door when possible to provide sufficient ventilation.
We are cleaning our hands after completing each client, and any time we exit and reenter the salon.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 related instances are not exempt from the terms of our cancellation policy.
Our goal is always to make sure that you are safe and feel heard.
