Description: Jewelry is sold separately. All Piercings are Anatomy Dependent. This service is available to clients aged 16 and up. All clients must have a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Non-Driver’s License, or Passport). All Minor clients must have an ID (a school ID, state ID card, driver's license, passport, or Original Birth Certificate), and their parent/legal guardian present with their photo ID, as well as a notarized consent form. The county’s consent form can be found on our website. We need these documents at every appointment. If you do not have proper paperwork at the time of the appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
