Carla Franco has been in the hairstyling business since she was very young. By the age of 21 she was already a cosmetology professor in Puerto Rico and has been a stylist ever since. With over 17 years of experience, Carla has been dedicated to glamorize and fill with joy all of her clients, with the help of her magical hands.
