Her attitude, ability, & professionalism toward the service she provides is incomparable. With all the services that are available to us today, I sometimes wonder how many providers could learn a thing or two from her. To start with, she always takes time (no matter how many times you may have seen her) to consult with you to discuss what she could do for you in terms of your cut, color, & styling, if you're wanting any changes, & what her suggestions are. Her communication skills are over the top. She listens & pays attention to your requests to ensure she gives you what you're looking for. As for her actual skills, again, second to none. My name is Stephanie and Carole has been my hair/beauty guru for over 15 years. I was referred to Carole many years ago after I had an unfortunate incident. My hair had turned green from swimming pool chemistry and the initial salon I went to for correction made matters worse. After that bad salon experience, I was referred to Carole and recall sitting in her chair saying “if you need to cut it all off, go ahead”. We still laugh about that to this day. Not only did she not have to cut it all off but she repaired and strengthened my long hair and restored my blond color. I will forever be grateful to her, not only for saving my hair back then but for the many years since that she has been taking care of me. Carole is so knowledgeable, I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. She has explained and recommended great products over the years, always has great styling advice, and keeps my hair healthy, blond, and beautiful. It is so relaxing to see Carole and we always have the best laughs. Carole is a beautiful person, both inside and out. Not only am I thankful for her expertise but also for her genuine kindness.
