Luckily for me 1st time was the charm in finding a great new stylist. Like many others, I've moved to the area from CT and have to start new. I've had great stylists in NYC and CT and Christen exceeds standards tremendously. I have naturally curly hair and need to maintain Keratin treatments and use good products to keep things smooth. I chopped off several inches of my hair and presented Christen with an intricate cut. This girl has serious skills and not to mention super sweet personality. I am so happy I found her. I had a chance to meet Christen this weekend while getting a keratin treatment from David. After hearing about the kind of cut I wanted (edgy graduated bob), David handed me off to Christen and she got to work with her razor and scissors. Amazing!!! I was nervous at first about cutting off three years of growth but was so happy with the finished product. Christen really listened to everything I said I wanted and cut my hair into a style that everyone keeps raving about. PS - she is also really great with blow-outs and flat ironing. Love that she shares a space with David - I get two great sylists in one loft!

You know you've found a great stylist when they are more particular about your hair than you are. I like to find someone and stay with them and after only one appointment with Christen I know she's AMAZING. I hadn't colored my hair in years and opted for a warm ombre. Christen restored my faith with color that looks natural right out the door of the salon! With naturally curly hair it's difficult to trust a stylist the first time you meet them because not everyone "gets" how to style curly hair. All I can say is my layers are fabulous!!! Best color, best style, best blowout I've ever had...and I was in and out in less than 2 hours!! I would highly recommend Christen if you want a great experience, a look your friends will rave about, and a stylist who's personable on top of it all. Thanks Christen!!

Simply put, christen is amazing!! I'm extremely picky about who touches my hair... But christen made me feel comfortable in her chair, and now I'll never go to anyone else if I don't have to! I'm usually only a cut and style, but I recently went and we dyed my hair for the first time ever..! I know that sounds crazy, but she walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with everything. She even educated me a bit on better products to use, even without having the color done. Not only is she an AMAZING stylist, but she is personable and very smart, and she knows what she's doing!! I have been going to Christen for over ten years and trust her expertise on hair so thoroughly that I am consistently asking for her professional opinion and have tried some styles I never would have if not for her advice. There has always been an amazing outcome!She has done everything to my hair from very short, stylish cuts, crazy colors, the perfect platinum blonde and ombre. She is truly an artist when it comes to hair; she is always up to date with the trendiest fashions yet she knows how to make hair unique to fit the individual.
