I am Daphne Bianca, Master Cosmetologist and Certified Lash Artist. Hair and scalp health are the most important to me when taking care of a clients hair as well as utilizing sanitary & safe practices when doing their lashes.
I believe that hair should be an expression of who you are, for all textures, while manageability and versatility are top priority. That could mean straightened, curly, a cut or a weave. I offer a variety of services to accommodate the needs of each individual I service. This same theory applies to eyelash extensions, they are a convenience whether you go for a more natural "mascara" look or prefer everyday "glam" set.
