De Novo Aesthetics delivers BOTOX® Express Service to you at your convenience ~ administered exclusively by licensed registered nurses at our location in Salon Lofts at Davidson Commons, in Carmel Village, or in your home or office, for only $11/unit. In our locations, we also offer Microneedling with or without PRP (platelet-rich plasma), medical-grade peels, and laser enhancement for both. Dermal filler consultations are available at our Charlotte location.
We know that you don’t trust your face to just anyone: our licensed, highly-trained De Novo nurses are Certified Injection Specialists operating under the direct physician supervision of Alissandro Andy" Castillo, MD, MBA, and Rebecca J. Appleton, MD, MS.
