De Novo Aesthetics (formerly Encore Nurses) delivers BOTOX® Express Service to you at your convenience ~ administered exclusively by licensed registered nurses at our location in Salon Lofts at Davidson Commons or in your home or office, for only $11/unit. We have other offerings that, like BOTOX, are only available with physician supervision: Microneedling with PRP, Latisse eyelash growth treatment, and the fine line of Obagi Medical Skin Care products, including Obagi Blue Peel Radiance.
We know that you don’t trust your face to just anyone: we have over 36 years of combined experience backing up our licensed, highly-trained medical staff. All De Novo Aesthetics nurses are Certified Injection Specialists operating under the direct physician supervision of Alissandro "Andy" Castillo, MD, MBA, and Rebecca Appleton Castillo, MD, MS.
