Denise Velarde joined CND as an Education Ambassador in 2002 in Miami, Florida. Traveling domestically and internationally she is responsible for educating nail professionals in some of the most renowned Salons and Day Spa's in the industry.

Product recommendation for the hands is made and a Custom Color Formula Plan is created requiring:

• Fundamental Color Theory
• Identifying Clients Skin Tone (to compliment the client's skin tone and beauty goals)
• Establishing Clients Custom Color Goals (match, neutralize, or accessorize)
