My name is Drew.

     I'm a professional hair stylist, colorist and educator based in North Carolina. For the past 20 years I have worked to fine-tune my craft to give my clients the color, cuts and styles to help them achieve their best look. I started my career in Raleigh, North Carolina working behind the chair as a stylist and behind the scenes as a color educator. I spent the last 5 years in San Francisco, CA and recently moved back to Lake Norman to be closer to my family and because it made my Mom really happy. 

       I grew up  off Torrence Chapel Rd.  This was before The Fresh Market, before the MAC Donald’s (as my aunts would  call it) even before the stop lights were  installed. When I was a kid the corner of Torrance Chapel and Catawba Ave stood a single stop sign, a tiny breakfast restaurant called  Ham and Eggs and a small Duke Power office.  Lake Norman has always held a special place in my heart and so have the  the people who make it such a great place to be. I got my hair cut with my Dad at Pott’s Barber Shop but went with my mom to Scissors so I could get ice cream at Carolina Cones, bother everyone in the salon and Vicki would let me answer the phones sometimes “Thank you for calling Scissors. Can you please hold?” Which is really where my career began, right here in Cornelius, North Carolina. I am so excited to be back and look forward to serving this great community.
