My name is Gentry Sneed and my goal is to be your total solution.
Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, I moved to Durham, North Carolina in 1985 to attend college at North Carolina Central University.
While in school, I secured a job at IBM as a part of their student program that later moved into an opportunity for full-time employment. After a few years, I experienced a layoff at IBM that led to the need for me to figure out what was next. I was living on my own, had become a father and had been financing my way through school.
I’ve always been very in touch with how I presented myself - how I look, how I come across to others, etc. and I always encourage others to do the same. This naturally led me into a career around grooming. I enrolled in barber school in 1994 and began my career as a barber stylist. I've been here in the Triangle area my entire career - the Triangle is where it’s at!
I went back to finish college in 2017 because I had a desire for higher education and a desire to continue to influence and encourage individual presentation by expanding to include health. I'm not done! Look out because fashion is on the way.

In 1998 I decided that I wanted to go natural and cut my hair very short. As a female, I was nervous about going to the barber shop. On the recommendation of a coworker I booked an appointment with Gentry, and have not regretted it after all these years. He is very professional, courteous, and respectful. I have been satisfied with each cut that I have received. I get a lot of compliments on my hair after each cut.
