Stacy DeWalt is the Chief Executive Officer of Salon Lofts, bringing deep expertise in scaling multi-unit, consumer-oriented businesses. She is recognized for her strategic insight, operational excellence, and customer obsession—qualities that consistently drive transformational growth, brand building, and business success.
With more than two decades of leadership experience across financial services, gaming, education, and technology, Stacy has led impactful business transformations and enhanced customer experiences at scale. Prior to joining Salon Lofts, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Heartland Dental, where she led strategic initiatives across patient financing, patient and talent acquisition, DeNovo and acquisition growth, brand positioning, marketing technology and consumer analytics. Her career also includes leadership roles at OneMain Financial, Quicken Loans, Isle of Capri Casinos, and Learning Care Group. She has proven experience building and executing value creation plans in consumer multi-unit businesses, with a focus on organic unit growth, site ramp acceleration, and acquisition integration.
A champion of innovation and customer-driven strategies, Stacy is committed to leveraging technology, marketing, and operational excellence to fuel business success. She holds a master’s degree in communications from the University of Hartford and has served as a Board Member for Cadence Education, currently serving as Board Member at Emler Swim Schools.
Brian Crowley
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Crowley is the Chief Financial Officer of Salon Lofts, where he leads financial strategy, operational finance, capital planning, and enterprise value creation initiatives. A seasoned financial and operational executive with over 30 years of experience, Brian brings deep expertise in guiding complex, multi-unit businesses through transformation, growth acceleration, and operational optimization.
Prior to joining Salon Lofts, Brian served as Chief Financial Officer at Cadence Education and Bealls, Inc., where he helped drive significant revenue growth, improve profitability, and scale operations across national multi-location platforms. His earlier career includes senior finance leadership roles at Tervis, Robb & Stucky, Macy’s, and Rich's/Lazarus/Goldsmith’s, where he consistently delivered innovative solutions that enhanced financial performance and organizational resilience.
Known for his strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative leadership style, Brian is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong shareholder value. His extensive experience managing complex financial structures and executing strategic growth initiatives plays a critical role in fueling Salon Lofts’ continued expansion and value creation.
Michael Pimental
Chief Development Officer
Michael Pimental is the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at Salon Lofts, where he leads strategic initiatives and oversees all aspects of inorganic growth. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in M&A, corporate strategy, business development, and finance, Michael brings a proven track record of driving transformational growth across industries.
Prior to joining Salon Lofts,, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Heartland Dental, where he led a 35-person team responsible for acquiring dental assets and managing key strategic ventures. Under his leadership, the company expanded rapidly through targeted acquisitions and innovative partnerships.
Earlier in his career, Michael held senior leadership roles at CVS Health Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in several major transactions, including the landmark $78 billion acquisition of Aetna. He also launched CVS Health Ventures, the company’s first corporate venture fund, and built strategic partnerships to unlock enterprise value across the healthcare ecosystem. Michael’s career reflects a consistent focus on growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Brittany Ogdan
Chief Operating Officer
Brittany Ogdan currently serves as Regional Vice President at Salon Lofts, overseeing field operations across a multi-state region. She is responsible for driving sales execution, advancing operational strategies, and managing the successful integration of new acquisitions. Brittany is focused on increasing operational efficiency, enhancing the Loft Owner experience, and empowering field teams to achieve company growth targets.
With over nine years of progressive leadership experience at Salon Lofts, Brittany held roles as Market Director and Market Leader. In these positions, she managed multiple salon locations, provided direct leadership to market teams, and supported growth through hands-on management and mentorship.
Prior to joining Salon Lofts, Brittany spent seven years at Avon Products as a District Sales Manager, where she was responsible for driving revenue growth, training sales leaders. and enhancing field performance through targeted coaching and development strategies.
Dale Amler
Chief Marketing Officer
Dale Amler serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Salon Lofts, where he leads brand strategy, demand generation, and marketing technology across more than 300 locations in 21 markets. He is responsible for strengthening the Salon Lofts brand, driving customer acquisition, and building the marketing capabilities needed to support continued growth.
With more than 15 years of marketing leadership experience, Dale has held senior roles across enterprise software, financial technology, and consumer beverage companies. His background spans both B2B and B2C marketing, giving him broad experience in developing brands, generating demand, and connecting marketing strategy to measurable business results.
Dale also founded and successfully exited an e-commerce business serving the professional hair industry. This experience shaped his understanding of the stylists and beauty professionals Salon Lofts serves. Known for combining creative brand-building with a data-driven approach, Dale is focused on advancing attribution systems and AI-powered marketing tools that support the company’s growth.
Laurie Casey
Chief Human Resources Officer
Laurie Casey serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Salon Lofts, where she leads the development and execution of human resources strategies that support the company’s growth and operational goals. She is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Laurie has worked across hospitality, restaurants, retail, entertainment, and other consumer-focused industries. She has partnered with executive teams and Boards to align people strategy with business priorities, build high-performing cultures, and lead organizations through periods of growth, change, and integration.
Laurie brings extensive experience in organizational design, talent development, executive recruitment, succession planning, total rewards, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational transformation. She holds an MBA in Management from the University of Miami, along with SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Laurie has also served on the Board of the BWI Business Partnership and the Advisory Board of Atlantic Technical College. At Salon Lofts, she is focused on building strong leaders and an inclusive, accountable culture where team members feel connected to the company’s purpose and empowered to do their best work.
Rocky Lipsky
Chief Customer Officer
Rocky Lipsky serves as Chief Customer Officer at Salon Lofts, where she leads strategies focused on strengthening the customer experience and driving growth across the company’s multi-location business. She combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and prioritizes staying closely connected to field teams and the people they serve.
Prior to joining Salon Lofts, Rocky served as Vice President of Strategy at Burlington Stores, where she built and scaled the company’s enterprise strategy function. She led several major initiatives, including the launch of a private-label business, a nationwide merchandise localization strategy, and a new consumer insights technology platform.
Earlier in her career, Rocky spent four years at McKinsey & Company, where she led the North American post-merger integration of the GSK and Pfizer Consumer Health joint venture and redesigned the operating model for a leading independent beauty brand. Her experience also includes working with a private-equity-backed consumer brand and beginning her career in investment banking. Rocky is committed to building high-trust teams that deliver meaningful results. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
