I’ve been licensed and practicing massage since 2018. I provide custom tailored massage that blends multiple modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports) to achieve pain relief and at the same time a deeply relaxing experience.  

I constantly take new classes to understand  the human body better. 

I currently work with multiple Wake Forest University teams (cross country, track and field, football), have had the privilege to work with many other athletes that have turned professional and some even became Olympic Games medalists. I have also had the privilege to work multiple regional, national, and international sports events.
