Hi there! My name is Jacey Payne, I am the owner of 41 Hair Co. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 3 years now. I consider myself extremely blessed to be able to have a career doing the craft I am so passionate about! I specialize in Blonding and Extensions services, but I offer many other services as well. I strive every day to cultivate a welcoming and safe environment for my guests. My mission for 41 Hair Co. is to give my guests a sense of self confidence, in both their beauty on the inside, as well as on the outside!
