Jessi kelly

A Maryland and DC native, Jessi graduated from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School of Tysons Corner in 2014 with color honors: a specialized focus in all things hair color. Jessi went on to be a stylist in Arlington, Bethesda, and Dupont Circle DC, where she finally landed and has built her career over the past 6 years. With her experience working in high-end privately owned boutique salons, she’s been educated and trained with some of the best brands in the industry. This education has led her to a passion and specialization in balayage, blonding, hair color dimension, and tape hair extensions.
